Your breath is a doorway back to balance
This one-hour breathwork circle is an invitation to pause, soften, and breathe out the weight of the week. Through a gentle series of pranayama practices, you’ll be guided to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for ease and lightness. The session is designed to feel like a deep breath or a long-awaited sigh—offering relief from the busyness of daily life and leaving you feeling clearer, lighter, and more replenished as you move into the days ahead.

In a world where disconnection and isolation are becoming the norm, we are experiencing a connection crisis—one that deeply impacts our emotional and mental well-being. Healing is not meant to be a solitary journey; it thrives in community, shared experience, and collective support.
COMMUNITY AND COLLECTIVE HEALING
Through group facilitation and workshops, I create safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can reconnect—not only with themselves but with others on a similar path. When we come together with intention, we co-regulate, inspire, and heal in ways that are not possible alone. Collective healing reminds us that we are seen, supported, and never truly alone.
Groups and workshops can be tailored to meet the needs of a target audience and adapted to suit the purpose of the event. Workshops often involve, psychoeducation, dynamic meditation -which incorporates dance and movement- and breathwork, sharing circle, an interactive creative activity (such as painting, craft making, planting seeds), and guided journal/ reflective safe space.
Workshops are a great function for Awareness days, team away days, conscious celebrations, and retreats!

I have experience facilitating DBT (dialectical behavioural therapy) groups, a young women's group (18-25 year olds), grounding groups for creatively soothing mental distress, protected mens sharing space for men of colour, pranayama workshops, workshops for men's mental health, and integrative workshops that bring together all of my practices in a wholesome delivery that is enjoyable, educational, and therapeutic.
